Client Overview
Timeless Spa Center, a luxury medical spa in Lexington, KY, sought to increase appointment bookings and treatment sales through their new website. I began working with them in July 2024 to establish their online presence from the ground up.
Challenges
The site had no organic traffic, limited indexing, and several technical SEO problems, such as redirect loops, poor sitemaps, and filler content. Only the homepage was indexed, and unnecessary pages left by developers were present.

Local Keyword Research & Mapping
Research focused on Lexington-specific keywords, such as “facials for acne.” I reorganized the service offerings into seven categories targeting local search intent, and optimized the homepage and shop pages for high-volume, relevant keywords.
Website Optimization
I rewrote content across all pages to match keyword intent and improve the user experience. Meta titles and descriptions were updated to enhance click-through rates.
Business Profile Setup & Optimization
Business profiles were created and optimized on Google, Bing, and Apple, with a booking button added to Timeless Spa’s Google profile. This led to 2-3 appointments each week from the start.
Citations Campaign
I built 50 high-quality citations across national and state directories, ensuring NAP consistency and securing backlinks to boost local rankings.

- Clicks and Impressions: The site gained over 1,000 clicks and 16,000 impressions, with daily clicks exceeding 10, driving highly relevant traffic.
